Toothbrushes

Dental Associations around the world recommend changing your toothbrush every 2-3 months because of bacterial build-up, and less effective bristles. Even if it still looks ok after 3 months, you should replace it with a fresh one for optimal oral hygiene. (Studies have shown that old toothbrushes are really disgusting, and you don’t want to be putting that in your mouth!)
